    • Using a non-aggressive sales technique (contact, knowledge, convince, conclude, consolidate)

    • Promoting the other galleries and the website

    • Securing the permanent Implementation of the levels of Sales

    • Ensuring the permanent exhibition of artworks in sufficient quantity

    • Ensuring the delivery of artworks and curriculums in good time

    • Setting up new artists and curriculums regularly, in line with the established procedures

    • Ensuring the high quality preparation of the artworks. in good time and in line with established procedures

    • Promoting the "Coming Soon" artists

    • Ensuring the distribution of Keep in Touch, Flyers, Leaflets etc..... and maintenance of the data base

    • Organizing the Events

    • Anticipating and setting up all the necessary means for the implementation of particular events (Meet The Artist, Children Workshops)

    • Christmas, other special events, themes, in line with agreed procedures

    • Establishing and maintaining a good relationship with the artists

    • Ensuring a good commercial relationship in all interaction with the artists (Contact, delivery of artworks, and return of artworks…)

    • Ensuring completion of administrative tasks

    • Updating the administrative documents (Cash book, daily sales, customer files, artists files, artworks in and out, artworks and office supplies stocks, weekly report, bank lodgments, cash reconciliation, office supplies ordering, SIM…)

    • Shipping artworks to other galleries or returning unsold works to artists in line with established procedures

    • Filling in daily (email, post... ) weekly ~ and monthly reports, Children Workshops Enrolments

    • Managing the training of the team members on the sales techniques

    • Carrying out Housekeeping
    • Guaranteeing a permanently clean and order1y gallery and basement in line with the defined procedures

    • Following rules and procedures

    • Ensuring that the safety rules, time keeping rules, internal rules, refuse collection rules and others are respected. Respecting, and ensuring respect for the established procedures and deadlines
